A commercial inspection requires the inspector to make observations, conduct research, and report findings. Residence Doctor Inspection Services will conduct commercial inspections for you. The inspector will collect information through visual observation during a walk-through survey as well as to conduct research about the property including key components and reports relative to the property. We will then generate a meaningful report about the condition of the property based on the observations made and research conducted.

We do offer additional services for commercial inspections which include reviewing many documents during the inspection process. We would review appraisals, building plans, citations, certificates of occupancy, construction permits, evacuation plans, environmental studies, fire safety system records, floor plans, maintenance records, and surveys.
